Do you guarantee more inquiries?
No — and be careful with anyone who does. Inquiries are decided by IndiaMART's systems and your market; nobody outside IndiaMART controls them. What we do is fix the input IndiaMART itself says matters — catalog quality — and hand you a before/after evidence pack so you can judge the work on facts, not promises.
What is the "catalog score"?
IndiaMART scores every seller's catalog on completeness and quality — titles, specifications, images, descriptions, categories. Their own seller guidance treats a score of 60+ as the baseline for quality inquiries. Most busy sellers have never opened it. Your audit shows you exactly where your catalog stands today.
Is sharing account access safe?
You authorize one OTP session per month — all work is batched into it, so it's one OTP, not daily calls. Every engagement includes a signed authorization letter. We snapshot every listing before changing it, pace all changes, store sessions encrypted and isolated per client, and delete them 90 days after the engagement ends. What does "18% GST, fully ITC-creditable" mean?
We're GST-registered, so every invoice carries 18% GST. If your business is also GST-registered, you claim that 18% back as input tax credit — so the GST portion effectively returns to you. You get a proper tax invoice under GSTIN 07AAUCM7815N1ZK either way.
How does the free website preview work?
We draft a real, live preview from your business's own public information (your listings, map profile, directory pages) and share it with you privately, marked "Demonstration only". If you go ahead, it's polished and moved to your own domain, registered in your name. If you decline, the preview is taken down — your call, within 24 hours.
What if I want changes after delivery?
Every website build includes one revision round. After that, the Website Care AMC (₹1,299/mo or ₹12,999/yr +GST) covers hosting, up to 2 content edits a month, backups and renewals — with a monthly WhatsApp report of what was done. Catalog clients get the same ongoing upkeep through the Care Plan.
What's your refund policy?
Payments are 50% advance + 50% at the mid-project milestone. If we cancel before work commences, your advance is refunded in full. Once work has commenced, the advance is non-refundable — the balance falls due only when its milestone is reached. Monthly plans cancel with 15 days' notice from the next billing cycle. Where do you work?
We're based in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and serve Delhi NCR first — meeting in person is possible. Delivery itself is remote, so businesses elsewhere in India are welcome too.
