This policy applies to all services of MarshalWorks (a brand of MS-Marshal Legacy Industries Pvt Ltd) — legally MS-MARSHAL LEGACY INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 07AAUCM7815N1ZK. One-time services are billed 50% in advance and 50% at the mid-project milestone; Care/AMC plans are billed in advance. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
One-time services (Catalog Rescue, Pilot, Website builds)
- The advance (50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced. Work commences when we begin the audit, listing changes, or design work under your accepted quotation/proposal (SOW).
- The mid-project instalment (the remaining 50%) falls due only when its milestone is reached — Catalog Rescue: evidence-pack delivery; website builds: design approval. Go-live / final handover follows full payment.
- If MarshalWorks cancels before work commences, your advance is refunded in full.
- The Free Pilot (catalog audit + 5 listings fixed) is provided at no charge — no payment, and so no refund, applies to it.
Monthly plans (Care Plan, Website Care AMC — monthly billing)
- Cancellable by either side with 15 days' notice, effective from the next billing cycle.
- No mid-cycle refunds.
Annual-prepaid plans (Care Plan annual-prepaid, Website Care AMC yearly)
- Fees for unused months are refunded pro-rata only if MarshalWorks terminates the plan.
- If you cancel an annual-prepaid plan, the plan runs until the end of the prepaid period; no refund of unused months.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (payment link/UPI/bank account). We aim to initiate approved refunds within 7 business days; bank/gateway settlement times are additional and outside our control.
