What we collect
- Contact and business details you give us — name, business name, phone, email, address, GSTIN — when you enquire, accept a quotation, or pay.
- Platform access you share voluntarily for service delivery (for example, a monthly OTP-authorized session for your IndiaMART account).
- Payment confirmation details. Payments are made via payment link, UPI or bank transfer and are processed by the payment provider/bank.
- Prospecting contact data — sourced only from information businesses publish themselves (e.g., public directories and listings).
How we use it
To deliver and support the services you engage us for, issue tax invoices, and contact prospective business clients about our services. We never sell or share client data.
How we protect and retain it
Platform sessions are stored encrypted, kept isolated per client, and deleted 90 days after the engagement ends. We follow protective protocols when working on your accounts, including pre-change snapshots and paced changes.
Opt-out
If you receive a prospecting message from us, you can opt out permanently with one reply. We will not contact you again.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Preview/sample sites built from your business's own public information are deleted or transferred on request.
